Robert (Bob) Noe
Chief Executive Officer and Sr. Vice President of GS1 US
Bob is responsible for 1SYNC's strategy and operations and ensuring its customer community receives the maximum value from data synchronization.
Before joining 1SYNC, Bob was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ViaLink, a major technology provider, where he helped grow the customer base to over 1,100 members, including more than a dozen Fortune 50 companies. Prior to ViaLink, Bob worked at Electronic Data Systems (NYSE: EDS) for over 14 years, most recently as the vice president of industry solutions. At EDS, he developed industry-specific offerings in e-commerce, supply chain management and customer relationship management.
Luiz Martins
Vice President, International Operations
Luiz manages 1SYNC’s global commercial activities and operations, including sales, marketing, partnership development, service delivery, and the development of solutions adapted for markets outside the United States. Previously, Luiz was Brazil Country Manager for Asista Brasil Ltd, a B2B company funded by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He served for 12 years with Verbatim Corporation, Latin America and United States in various roles including Brazil Sales and Marketing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing for Latin America.
Allison Radecki
Sr. Vice President and Chief Information Officer of GS1 US
Allison’s responsibilities include solutions/product development, technical operations and infrastructure for the 1SYNC™ Data Pool and GS1 US commercial and corporate systems. Allison joined GS1 US in 2001 and was promoted to CIO in 2007.
Her previous experience includes more than ten years of consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers where Allison specialized in supply chain management process re-engineering and information systems implementation for the consumer products industry. In addition, she has managed multiple large-scale, global implementations of SAP R/3 and other Supply Chain Management systems. Allison holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Dan Wilkinson
Vice President, Business Development
Dan is responsible for designing and managing programs that expand the 1SYNC customer base across targeted industries within the United States. Previously Dan served as Vice President of the GS1 US Implementation Services division.
Dan brings to 1SYNC 18 years of proven experience in the wireless, aerospace, and communications services industries. Prior to joining 1SYNC and GS1 US, he held several senior positions with Nortel Networks, Juniper Networks and WiAirNet Corporation. During his tenure with WiAirNet, Dan was responsible for the development and execution of the corporation’s business plan. Dan began his career in 1986 with General Dynamics, a large defense industry contractor, where he held a financial analyst position.
