The 1SYNC Trading Partner Service Agreement (TPSA) is a contractual agreement to become a customer of the 1SYNC Data Pool and join the 1SYNC community. Once your online application has been completed and 1SYNC has received payment, your organization can begin synchronizing data.

If you have already subscribed to the 1SYNC Data Pool solution and want to make changes to your contract, please use the TPSA application maintenance login to make changes to your current TPSA. 

To subscribe you will need:

  • A company administrative contact
  • Your Company Prefix or your Global Location Number (GLN)
    • Get your company’s relevant information by visiting the Global GS1 Electronic Party Information Registry (GEPIR) link on the GS1 website, here
  • Payments can be made in the form of credit card, check or wire transfer

If you belong to GS1 US™, your organization was assigned a Company Prefix, a number that uniquely identifies your company. Your GLN will be created once you have a Company Prefix.
